Cathy Walker, MA, RN, IBCLC
She/Her/Hers

My philosophy is that the breastfeeding relationship should be enjoyable and pain free. Feeding your baby is a rewarding and powerful connection whether it is from the breast or the bottle. As an infant feeding specialist, I support all feeding choices.

I collaborate with maternal wellness and infant practitioners all over westchester county and lower fairfield county. I have a wonderful partnership with my colleague Carrie Dean, IBCLC, CST. Two heads are better than one! She is also highly skilled in infant craniosacral therapy.
I was fortunate to start my nursing career in Maternal Newborn nursing and I never looked back. I have been supporting families on their breastfeeding journey for 25 years. There is always something to learn in the field of lactation. When I'm not seeing clients you will find me at a lactation conference! I am a member of USLCA, ILCA, NYLCA, and NLCA. In my down time, I love to walk my dog on the hiking trails and take my telescope out to stargaze. I live in Greenwich with my partner and two grown sons.

"Cathy cared not only for my baby but for my needs as well. She listened to my concerns, helped me to understand the issues and come up with a plan to move forward. Most importantly, she prioritized my needs as a new mom and my own mental health with my goals and expectations. This allowed me to feel calmer and happier with my breastfeeding journey." ~Dana
"Cathy is extremely personable and makes you feel so comfortable. Every suggestion that she made was spot on and helped me make improvements with feeding my baby within a day." ~Danielle |
