Office Consultations Now Available!
I have officially teamed up with my friend and colleague Carrie Dean, IBCLC, LMT, CST of MamaBearBreastfeeding to provide office visits. We have launched Gaea Breastfeeding Center located in Jefferson Valley, NY! We are excited to offer a full spectrum of Lactation services from prenatal consultations to back to work consultations in our comfortable and welcoming offices. An office consultation offers advantages to you. You will enjoy a lower cost and receive the same care and follow up that I provide in a home consultation.
Gaea Breastfeeding Center offers Prenatal Consultations which prepare you for what to expect and are tailored specifically to your history and situation. We offer comprehensive Lactation consultations with your baby and follow up consultations as needed to provide a continuum of care. We offer bottle feeding and weaning consultations.
We feel very strongly that access to accurate breastfeeding education is critical and therefore we are
providing complementary monthly prenatal breastfeeding classes. Click here to learn more!

How to prepare for your Office Lactation Consultation
Our office is located at:
3630 Hill Boulevard, Suite 401, Jefferson Valley, NY, 10535
It is located inside the Hudson Valley Tongue Tie Center
You must Complete & Submit your Intake Form by 8:00 pm the day Prior to your Consultation. We will have to reschedule your appointment if it is not received.
You will also receive a required COVID screening form the day before your consultation
It's easy to prepare! Just a few thoughts.
If you would like to have a flange fitting, please bring your pump and all it's parts.
Consider bringing pumped milk or formula as this can often be helpful during consultations.
If you plan to breastfeed at the visit, please don't feed your baby 1 1/2 hr to 2 hours before your appointment.
If your baby is hungry as you are about to leave home, breastfeed briefly or give a small amount of milk so that your baby is not too unsettled.
