How To Prepare For Your Telehealth Consult
You must Complete & Submit your Intake Form by 6:00 pm the day Prior to your Consultation. We will have to reschedule your appointment if it is not received.
Please join my secure portal for advance instructions for helpful pictures and videos I may request in advance
Please have a person available to help position the camera/computer during the consult
(I recommend having a smartphone handy)
Please have sufficient lighting in the room and a flashlight
Have your camera available to take pictures/videos for later review
Be prepared with a safe place to lay your baby on the floor or other flat, firm surface
Telehealth consults, due to their nature, may require more follow up messaging (this is included)
Please attempt to feed your baby approximately two to two and a half hours prior to the consult so that your baby will be interested in feeding but not frantic.
