This one-time $50 fee covers secure messaging support between appointments so you can ask questions, get reassurance, and receive guidance as things change between visits. This support helps ensure continuity of care and timely follow-up. This fee is not billed to insurance.  This will be charged at the time of your service.

The first Cigna visit is a Bundle visit. It includes a 30-minute Telehealth visit followed by an in-person visit. 
Cigna clients must book a Telehealth Intake Appointment before scheduling their in-person appointment. You can schedule your in-person appointment the day after your telehealth consultation or a few days later. Please book them within the same week.​ You do not need to schedule a telehealth visit first if you are scheduling a prenatal visit. Please book the "Before the Birth Consultation."
