The office is conveniently located right off the Merritt Parkway. There is a handicap-accessible entrance. This entrance is located on the far right side of the building. ​Plenty of parking is available in any unmarked spot

Please note you must complete and submit your intake form upon requesting the appointment to confirm and hold your Initial appointment time. (You will receive the form via email after requesting the appointment.) If the completed form is not received within 24 hrs of the request, the appointment slot will be released to the next person requesting an appointment. Submit your intake form within two hours of your appointment request if the appointment is scheduled within the next 24 hours. If the form is not received within these time frames, your visit may be canceled. If this occurs within 24 business hours of your scheduled visit, a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If you need more time, reach out via text to 914-218-6231, and we can reschedule your appointment.

For all follow-up appointments, please submit your brief follow-up forms by 10 am the day before your appointment.

You enjoy included support via my secure messaging portal for one week after every visit. After a prenatal visit, you enjoy an additional week of messaging support the week you give birth. If you have questions about other issues outside of your care plan or new issues, you will need to schedule a follow-up appointment.  I reply to messages Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am -6 pm.

 

Your credit card will be charged upon booking for self-pay visits and all classes, as well as the home convenience fee and other applicable fees. Payment is also charged upon booking for the Professional Consultations for aspiring IBCLCs and IBCLCs.

 There are no refunds; however, in the event of a cancellation, you may use this credit within 60 days of the original date of purchase.
