Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes
I believe in easy access to evidence based breastfeeding education for all families. I enjoy bringing a comprehensive and down to earth class to the community designed to answer all your questions. I cover the early weeks of breastfeeding and how to get off to a great start. Knowing what to expect in those first few days makes a huge difference to your confidence and success in feeding your baby. You will feel empowered and know how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk at the breast. You will know when to reach out for more support and what's normal. Questions are encouraged. I love a great conversation!
Two options!
In-person Prenatal Breastfeeding course co-hosted by myself and Carrie Dean, IBCLC, LMT-CST. This class is located at Full Circle in the Yoga studio at 450 Mamaroneck Ave., Suite 414, Harrison, NY
The cost is $40 per couple.
